Job description:

Tiro Associates Ltd is an award winning specialist recruitment consultancy servicing global players in the automotive and electronics sectors. The position of Resourcer is critical to the future growth plans of Tiro and creates an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering outstanding service. Tiro has a global reach, therefore languages skills such as  French, Italian or German would be an asset, however fluent English is the most important factor. 

Your role as a Resourcer will be to support the Recruitment Consultants by sourcing engineering professionals for our global client base within deadline requirements as required. Using your language skills you will converse with professional engineers in mainland Europe to assist them in their job search and then relocation to the UK and throughout Europe. 

At Tiro we believe in developing our staff through professional training and development courses designed to help you make the best of your abilities and talents. A successful Resourcer will ultimately be provided with the training and support required to develop their career as a Recruitment Consultant. 

Previous recruitment experience is preferred, however it is not essential as full training will be provided for the right individual. Essential qualities include excellent written and spoken communication skills, a good telephone manner, a positive, proactive, friendly attitude and the ability to deliver work in a professional manner, achieving deadlines on, or ahead of time. PC literacy is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum, experience of PowerPoint and recruitment databases advantageous) as is a keen interest in social media.
