We are an international specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on niche executive sectors within Engineering.  We take a consultative approach to their recruitment process and pride ourselves on listening, discussing and interacting clearly with their clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

German Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants receive:

Your Role:
 - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, through social media and various other networking tools
 - Reviewing and clarifying job specifications, competencies and skills required
 - Scheduling and coordinating interviews
 - Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
 - Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
 - Providing regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates
 - Generating new business using targeted sales strategies either on the phone or in person
 - Writing job adverts, registering new CVs, interview preparation, CV advice.
 - Building longstanding working relationships

Applicants for this German Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant position:
 - MUST be able to speak fluent German and English 
 - Sales experience and a degree is preferred but not essential
 - Have effective communication skills and be able to demonstrate a competitive, resilient and positive personality at interview.
 - Be tenacious and naturally competitive
 - Have a can-do attitude and winning mentality
 - Be extremely career focused
 - Money-motivation is a must
