Job description:

You will be based in the heart of the company at the prestigious state of the art Maranello facility. The work is purely working on the GT V8/ V12 and development road cars. 

As the Safety Manager, you will declare the safety goals on the components of power electronics for an electrified powertrain.

Primary Responsibilities:
 - Identify the safety goals at the level of the components;
 - Verify that the components specifications meet the requirements 
 - Management of the relationship with suppliers to obtain legal evidence that all the constrains emerging from the "esil decomposition" are effectively implemented;
 - Check the safety validation plans for both components and vehicles;
 - Draw up the documentation required by ISO 26262

Your Profile:
 - Degree in engineering in the industrial field;
 - 5+ years experience in the same role;
 - Knowledge of electronic components in the automotive field, you will manage all the safety related to battery functionality in the car
 - In-depth knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard 
 - Ability to identify failure metrics to prepare the FMEDA;
 - Preferable knowledge of MATLAB software;
 - Excellent reporting / synthesis capacity at different company levels;
 - Excellent organizational capacity of the workload;
 - Excellent problem-solving skills
 - Fluency in English and willing to learn Italian

Summary Description
Partendo dal technical safety concept (TSC), la figura dovrÃ  declinare in maniera autonoma e indipendente i safety goals sui componenti di elettronica di potenza per una powertrain elettrificata. 

Primary Responsibilities

 - Identificare i safety goal a livello dei componenti;
 - Verificare che le specifiche dei componenti soddisfino i requisiti emersi dal punto precedente;
 - Gestione del rapporto con i fornitori per ottenere evidenza legale che tutti i constrain emersi dalla esil decomposition siano effettivamente implementati;
 - Verificare i piani di validazione safety sia a livello di componenti che di veicolo;
 - Redigere la documentazione prevista dalla ISO 26262.

Requirements

 - Laurea in ingegneria in ambito industriale;
 - +5 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo;
 - Preferibile conoscenza di componentistica elettronica in ambito automotive;
 - Necessaria la conoscenza approfondita della norma ISO 26262;
- CapacitÃ  di identificare le metriche di guasto per redigere lFMEDA;
 - Preferibile conoscenza del software MATLAB;
 - Ottima capacitÃ  di reporting/sintesi a diversi livelli aziendali;
 - Ottime capacitÃ  organizzative del carico di lavoro;
 - Ottime capacitÃ  di problem solving;
 - Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
