Job description:

The role of RPA (Responsabile Progetto Applicato - translates as Project Responsible Manager) with prestigious supercar manufacturer requires an experienced engineer and project leader used to a dynamic environment.  Reporting to the Head of Department and functionally supported by the SUPER RPA, your role will be to guarantee the development and integration between the different technical components that contribute to the design of the model.

Primary Responsibilities:
 - Representing the membership body within the project team;
 - Coordinate the progress of the project in all its phases, setting the detailed plan and the related budget in order to guarantee compliance with the established objectives;
 - Collaborate closely with institutions, to identify, analyze and resolve critical issues from the network or from within both the new product and the one in use.
 - Interfacing with the Technical Functions in order to guarantee the development of responsibility applications in line with the project's time, cost and performance targets
 - Manage the external engineers in order to guarantee the development of responsibility applications in line with the project's time, cost and performance targets and to approve the proposed technical solutions
 - Be responsible for the technical and tooling resolutions issued following all the tests foreseen in the plan

Your Profile: 
 - Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or motor vehicle)
 - Experienced in the field of internal / external finishes in the automotive sector
 - Experience with CAD systems for 3D modeling
 - Knowledge of specific simulation software
 - Result orientation and problem solving
 - Good interpersonal, communication and work skills in transversal teams
 - Fluent English
 - Italian fluent or with a strong predisposition to learn it
